Supporting a growing financial practice, the full-time Washington Licensed Associate Financial Advisor will assist clients by providing personalized advice, handling sensitive communications, and facilitating workshops, with the option for remote work for qualified candidates. Key responsibilities Handle sensitive communications and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective verbal and written responses Facilitate product-specific seminars and workshops while advising clients on suitable financial products and investment services Conduct research for securities product recommendations and assist financial advisors in client meeting preparations Required qualifications Securities (Series 7 and 66 or Series 7, 63 and 65) and resident state Life, Health, and Annuities registration required Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Basic understanding of financial products and services offered by the sponsoring financial advisor Previous administrative or secretarial experience desired
