Associate Fellows Marketing Manager (Fully Remote)

You will support the Fellows Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives for vascular fellows and integrated residents. This role collaborates with trainees, program directors, speakers, sales, and medical education teams to assess needs and improve educational programs. Key Responsibilities: Support implementation of strategies for trainee engagement, including introducing Penumbra technologies and medical education events. Maintain a trainee database, coordinate hand-offs to sales, and support tradeshows, conferences, and symposiums. Use analytic methods to evaluate activities and recommend new opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent; 3+ years in medical device field-based role or marketing. Knowledge of training pathways for Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology, and Interventional Cardiology. Strong team player with excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. Working Conditions: General remote work environment with extensive travel by car and plane, often 70%+ nationally with overnight stays. Must be able to conduct business outside typical hours and remain stationary using a computer for extended periods.
