This role involves routine facility maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep of buildings and grounds.Essential ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor repairs, and grounds upkeep using hands-on experience.Apply general maintenance skills efficiently across various areas while minimizing disruption to daily operations.Use company vehicles safely to travel between sites or run errands related to facility upkeep.Maintain inventory of tools and supplies necessary for routine maintenance work.Identify situations requiring specialized expertise and coordinate with trained technicians or external vendors.Adhere to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).Maintain professional communication and relationships with patients, clients, team members, contractors, and external agencies.Perform other duties as assigned.Education, Experience, and RequirementsRequired: Hands-on experience in a variety of maintenance tasks. Valid driver's license and auto insurance meeting regional requirements if driving is necessary.Preferred: Experience in maintenance within business, facility, or organizational settings.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesComfortable applying general maintenance skills across multiple disciplines.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Flexibility to support diverse facility needs.Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Self-directed with the ability to follow instructions.Capability to lift and move heavy objects.Physical RequirementsOccasional heavy work involving exertion up to 100 lbs and frequent exertion up to 20 lbs.
