Responsibilities include:Design public infrastructure projects including roadway, utility, drainage, water, and wastewater improvementsPrepare plans, specifications, estimates, and technical reportsCoordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and subconsultantsAssist with project schedules, budgets, and overall project deliverySupport construction administration and respond to field questions during constructionReview plans and ensure projects meet applicable standards and agency requirementsMentor junior engineers and designersParticipate in proposals, client meetings, and business development opportunities as your career growsRequired:Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringCalifornia Professional Engineer (PE) LicenseApproximately 5+ years of civil engineering experienceExperience with Public Works or municipal infrastructure projectsProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3DStrong communication and project coordination skillsPreferred:Experience with water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructureFamiliarity with hydraulic or utility modeling softwareConstruction support or construction management experienceDesire to mentor younger engineers and continue growing into project leadershipWhy Engineers Choose R.E.Y.: We believe great engineers thrive when they're supported, challenged, and trusted.
