Rarely will they need to work over 12 hours in a day. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, biomedical, or bioengineering) or bioscience, or equivalent relevant experience in biomanufacturing. Hands-on lab experience, academic or professional, is strongly preferred, along with familiarity using testing equipment such as Instron force testers, CCI testers, or CT scanners.
The role involves executing laboratory tests, supporting investigations, drafting protocols and reports, organizing test data, and contributing to process improvements. Strong technical writing skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset are essential.
