Dowlen Oaks Dental is looking for a bilingual Associate Dentist who is fluent in Spanish and English. We have a full schedule, an established patient base, and a growing number of Spanish-speaking families who need a doctor they can communicate with comfortably.

You will step into a busy practice with strong earning potential, a flexible schedule, practical mentorship, modern technology, and a team that wants you to succeed.

What You Can Expect

• Up to 35% of adjusted production
• Daily guarantee of up to $1,000, based on experience
• A steady patient schedule from the start
• Flexible full-time or part-time options
• A growing Spanish-speaking patient base
• Mentorship in oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetics, and advanced procedures
• Modern technology and a dependable clinical team

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• DDS or DMD degree
• Active Texas dental license or eligibility for licensure
• A doctor who communicates well and genuinely enjoys caring for patients
• New graduates are welcome
• Experience in pediatrics, endodontics, oral surgery, or implants is a plus
