Responsibilities
- Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Work independently and collaboratively within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans: Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
- Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: In addition to selling cloud‑based human resources solutions, strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your clients, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Positive Self‑Starter: Upbeat and persistent style with ability to cold call, manage time, and present ideas clearly in person, on paper, and over the phone.
- Agile Solution Seeker: Problem solver who can find answers or solutions even in fast‑paced change.
- Continuous Learner: Always learning, growing, and questioning how things were done in the past to make them even better.
A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experience may include:
- One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry.
- Prior military experience focusing on teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior quota‑carrying experience.
- Ability to successfully build a network and use social media effectively for sales.
Compensation
Base salary range: $34,800.00 – $75,100.00 per year. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
