To support a growing team, the full-time remote Associate Director, Value & Access will lead category strategy in Market Access, Pricing, and Health Economics, while managing supplier relationships and driving operational efficiencies. Key responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on supplier capabilities and market dynamics Develop multi-year category strategies that integrate demand, market intelligence, and measurable value levers Partner with Finance and Value & Access leaders to enhance operational productivity and influence financial performance Required qualifications: Doctorate degree and 3 years, or Master's degree and 5 years, or Bachelor's degree and 7 years, or Associate's degree and 12 years, or High school diploma/GED and 14 years of relevant experience Proven Procurement experience in Value & Access/Market Access within biotech or pharma Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and market access dynamics Experience in developing and executing category strategies and supplier management Demonstrated financial acumen, including budget management and supplier economics
