Leading high-impact consulting engagements, the full-time Associate Director, Value Advisory will manage client relationships, provide strategic advisory on pricing and market access, and oversee project delivery in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships and delivering insights during client meetings Lead strategic advisory engagements across pricing strategy, market access, and evidence generation throughout the product lifecycle Mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Economics, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) 7+ years of experience in management consulting, pharma strategy, or market access Proven experience leading client-facing consulting engagements and managing project teams Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing and market access dynamics Strong executive presence and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
