I’m partnering with a high-volume, high-speed global manufacturer to hire an Associate Director of Supply Chain for a large, complex manufacturing site in Sumter County, SC.
This is a senior plant leadership role overseeing planning, procurement, materials, logistics, and execution, with strong alignment to global supply chain and plant leadership.
Key highlights:
- Site-level supply review & capacity planning
- Leadership across planning, inbound/outbound logistics, materials flow & sterilization
- Strong financial ownership (budgets, cost optimization, capital inputs)
Ideal background:
- 15+ years in manufacturing with deep supply chain leadership
- Experience leading supply chain for a manufacturing site or large-scale operation
- Lean / Operational Excellence mindset
