Associate Director, Student Success & Engagement

The University of Utah seeks an Associate Director of Student Services to lead and coordinate college‑level student success initiatives. This role reports to the Dean and drives programs supporting recruitment, transition, engagement, retention, persistence, and graduation.

Responsibilities include cross‑department collaboration with LAS and university partners, data‑driven program evaluation, and scalable, high‑impact services. 40 hours weekly, some after hours work may be required.
