  • Monitor project financial performance and identify commercial risks.
  • Support procurement and tender evaluation.
  • Contribute to the establishment and growth of the consultancy's U.S. business.
  • Mentor and support future Cost Management hires as the team expands.

Requirements

  • Consultancy Cost Management / Quantity Surveying background.
  • Experience delivering large-scale Data Center projects preferred.
  • Candidates from Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Real Estate sectors will also be considered.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while embedded within a client's organisation.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site with the client.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $160,000–$230,000 DOE
  • Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
  • Opportunity to become one of the founding members of the U.S. business.
  • Long-term progression into senior leadership as the company expands across North America.
