Supporting the implementation of global scientific communications strategies, the full-time Associate Director, Scientific Communications will translate complex scientific data into impactful content for healthcare professionals while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Implement and execute medical communications strategies aligned with CNS assets Develop scientific narratives and support cross-functional communication planning Ensure compliance and quality excellence in all scientific communications Required Qualifications Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) in science, medicine, or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Scientific Communications within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry At least 3 years of leadership experience managing team members Experience in supporting global communication strategies and integrated planning processes Strong background in the CNS therapeutic area is preferred
