Associate Director, Residence Life - On-Site Leadership

Cal Poly is seeking an Associate Director of Residence Life to help lead the Residence Life unit on the San Luis Obispo campus. This role oversees daily operations, student experiences, staff hiring and training, budgets, and crisis response in a comprehensive housing program.

Reporting to the Director of Residence Life, the incumbent will guide program development and data-driven decision making, working with University Housing to serve thousands of residents.
