Associate Director, Reggio-Inspired Preschool

14th Street Y is seeking an Associate Director for Preschool to work in Downtown Manhattan. The role partners with the Director on daily planning for Preschool and other Early Childhood programs, supports admissions, and coaches teachers within a Jewish, Reggio-inspired framework.

The position involves supervising admissions, coordinating family events, and collaborating across departments to strengthen a developmentally appropriate, child-centered program.
