Leading high-value research initiatives, the full-time Associate Director, Prospect Research will manage the Prospect Research & Management team remotely, shaping strategies to support the organization's fundraising goals and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities Co-develop and deliver annual and long-term strategies for the Prospect Research & Management team, ensuring alignment with organizational fundraising priorities Oversee the production of biographical and financial profiles on high-net-worth individual donors, ensuring quality and integration with fundraising strategies Drive innovation in research methodologies and tools, mentoring team members and managing resources to meet strategic needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred Expertise in research and database management, particularly with Salesforce Strong experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis related to non-profit fundraising strategy Proficiency in PRM subscription tools and fundraising software Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts and develop actionable research plans
