Associate Director, Promise Scholars & Student Success

Cal Poly is seeking an Associate Director of Promise Scholars to oversee day-to-day operations, lead counseling services, and advance retention programs in alignment with CSU policies. The role focuses on improving student success for first-generation and low-income students through coordinated services and campus partnerships.

The position requires strong supervisory experience, strategic planning, and the ability to collaborate with Academic Affairs, SEMSA, and university partners to promote
