We're partnering with an innovative healthcare advertising agency seeking an Associate Director of Project Management to lead project operations, mentor a growing PM team, and drive the successful delivery of integrated pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and support across multiple accounts.
- Oversee project planning, scopes, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management from kickoff through delivery.
- Partner closely with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Scientific teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
- Build and optimize project management processes that improve team efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted operational leader, proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions before they impact delivery.
We\'re looking for someone with:
- Extensive pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing Project Managers.
- Strong expertise in project scoping, budgeting, timelines, resource management, and forecasting.
- Experience leading integrated, cross-functional teams across multiple brands.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience navigating MLR review processes and managing complex healthcare marketing deliverables.
