- Accountable for financial oversight of the Loitering Munitions and Launched Effect portfolio and Strategic Capture Directorate, with contracts spanning Production, development and capture
- Requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with the Program Managers, Contracts, Requirements & Capabilities, Supply Chain, and others, to ensure alignment regarding strategic, operating, and financial objectives
- Ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs), provide recommendations to find ensure FP&A commitments are met/exceeded (monthly forecasts / Long Range Plan / Annual Operating Plan), overhead oversight, and new business investment
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 12 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and 10 years prior relevant experience
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management) and Estimates at Complete (EACs)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
