For more information, visit corporate.carrier.com.This Associate Director role resides within Carrier's Replacement Components (RC) business and is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for commercial aftermarket parts.This role will support the transformation of the commercial parts business by establishing a data-driven, process-oriented operating model that improves availability, profitability, and OEM parts share. The position requires strong technical knowledge of Carrier's commercial equipment, combined with the ability to translate market insights into scalable growth strategies.The successful candidate will work cross-functionally within both the Replacement Components and Commercial businesses, partnering with sales, engineering, supply chain, and materials, to drive alignment and deliver measurable business impact across the equipment lifecycle.This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the aftermarket parts strategy for commercial equipment, including portfolio growth, lifecycle management, and profitability improvementOwn lifecycle profitability across the installed base, driving strategies that optimize pricing, mix, availability, and long-term margin performanceEstablish and scale operating processes across parts introduction, lifecycle management, and demand planning to drive consistent, repeatable executionLeverage data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize inventory and forecasting, and improve overall portfolio performancePartner with sales teams to translate market insights into actionable strategies that improve OEM parts share and customer value propositionsDefine and support channel strategy, including distributor and service channels, to improve accessibility, availability, and customer experienceLead aftermarket readiness for new product introductions, ensuring parts availability, pricing alignment, and lifecycle supportDrive lifecycle strategies for legacy equipment, including parts continuity, serviceability, and long-term profitabilityCollaborate across functions within RC and Commercial businesses to align priorities and execute key initiativesCommunicate strategy and insights to internal and external stakeholders, including distributor and customer-facing engagementsLead and develop a team of product management professionals, building capabilities in strategic thinking, analytics, and cross-functional executionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree8 + years of experience in HVAC engineering, product management, product marketing, or aftermarket roles2 + years of experience with commercial HVAC equipment, processes, and installed base3 + years of people leadership experiencePreferred QualificationsDegree in Engineering10+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience developing product portfolio or lifecycle strategies in a complex technical environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights into clear business actionsProven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence executive leadershipExperience driving process improvement or business transformation initiativesAbility to operate effectively in both strategic and execution-focused environmentsAdditional InformationMust have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA.
