This role requires deep technical expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to independently manage intricate accounting workstreams in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee partnership, trust, and complex entity accounting for ultra-high-net-worth family structuresServe as subject-matter expert for Sage Intacct, including chart of accounts design and dimensional reportingLead Sage implementations, system conversions, and client onboarding initiativesReview general ledger activity, reconciliations, allocations, and financial statementsMaintain partner capital accounts, allocations, contributions, and distributionsPrepare and review financial statements and supporting schedulesPresent accounting structures and reporting matters in client meetingsIdentify accounting risks and inefficiencies; recommend process improvementsServe as escalation point for complex accounting mattersSupport standardized accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA strongly preferred8–12+ years of partnership, family office, public accounting, fund administration, or complex entity accounting experienceDeep technical knowledge of partnership accounting and financial reportingHands-on experience with Sage Intacct or similar enterprise accounting systemsStrong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detailAbility to independently manage multiple complex workstreamsPreferredExperience supporting ultra-high-net-worth families and multi-entity structuresExperience with accounting system implementations or data transitionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAssociate Director leading partnership accounting and Sage Intacct operations for ultra-high-net-worth family office structures.
