Associate Director

About The Role:

As a CBRE Property Management Associate Director, you will lead the execution and growth of the property management business within the market while maintaining direct responsibility for a portfolio of commercial properties.This position requires balancing day-to-day property management and client service responsibilities with broader leadership of market operations, including team development, regulatory compliance, business development, financial stewardship, and portfolio-wide client relationship strategies.The role serves as a key leader within the market, ensuring operational excellence across all properties while personally delivering exceptional service to a dedicated group of clients and assets.

This is an onsite role in Omaha, NE USA.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a designated portfolio of commercial properties – maintain accountability for client relationships, financial performance, operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, budgeting, and capital planning.
• Drive compliance and risk management initiatives.
• Act as a senior client advisor and escalation point.
• Analyze project proposals and communicate project status.
• Support business growth and market profitability objectives through relationship building, opportunity identification, and proposal activities.
• Provide formal supervision to individual employees, approve subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, and recommend same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
