The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, affiliated with New York City H+H Queens, is seeking an Associate Director of Urology. Responsibilities
- Perform a full spectrum of general and subspecialty outpatient and surgical care
- Oversight of all aspects of the urology service
- Supervision of staff
- Teaching and supervision of Mount Sinai urology residents and students in an academic community hospital setting
- On call responsibility
Compensation
- Compensation ranges from $362,000 to $470,000
- Faculty practice distributions throughout the academic year
- Salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits
Requirements
- Strong clinical abilities
- Teaching experience
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior management/leadership positions and experience with academic medical centers and/or public health systems is preferred
- Well versed in general urology
- Additional experience in oncology, reconstruction, female/pelvic medicine, voiding dysfunction, and endourology is encouraged
- Must be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Urology
- Must have medical license in the State of New York
- Visa sponsorship is supported
