Associate Director of Technology
Main Work Location: Historic Stanford Campus
Schedule: Hybrid (at least 3 days per week on site)
Budgeted Salary Range: The expected pay range for this position is $124,602 to $151,091 per annum.

The Financial Aid Office (FAO) seeks an Associate Director of Technology to provide specific requirements and/or design solutions for business information systems and incorporate new technical systems to improve workflow, production, efficiency and effectiveness.
Examples of Core Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Designinganexpeditedsystemprocessflowtomeetademand for faster aid application turnaround during a high-volume packaging season.
- Determining thebestway to utilize system resources to comply with a new federalreporting requirement with accuracy and efficiency.
- Refining the logic behind a customized financialaidawardnotificationprocesstoaccommodate separationofdirect and indirect costs in the student budget.
- Managing the department's testing ofquarterly regulatory updates tofinancial aid software.
