Associate Director of Social Media

Leading social media strategy initiatives, the full-time Associate Director of Social Media will manage client engagements, develop innovative strategies, and serve as a subject matter expert in a remote or hybrid setting. Key responsibilities Create and oversee high-quality social media strategies and content plans for health and life sciences clients Guide clients and teams on social media strategies, providing expert insights and best practices Develop new approaches and services to enhance the agency's social media capabilities and promote alignment with omnichannel initiatives Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in health, biotech, or pharmaceuticals Proven experience in developing strategic social media plans across multiple platforms Demonstrated ability to grow social media business and mentor junior team members In-depth knowledge of FDA and FTC regulations for social media in the biotech and pharma sectors Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or communications
