Associate Director of Scientific Programs

To lead and develop the Scientific Program Management function, the full-time remote Associate Director of Scientific Programs will establish practices and standards for program execution, oversee a team of Scientific Program Managers, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities while managing risks and dependencies. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight across the portfolio to promote consistent and effective execution of scientific programs Establish and continuously improve the operating model for Scientific Program Management, including roles, responsibilities, and standards Manage and develop the Scientific Program Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 7+ years of progressive experience in scientific program management, including leading complex programs 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing program management professionals Demonstrated experience in building or improving a Program Management function Strong judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
