Associate Director of Public Relations

To support a growing team in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Associate Director of Public Relations will manage media relations, develop communication strategies, and provide senior-level account supervision for 4-6 key clients in the financial services, fintech, insurtech, and proptech sectors, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of media programs, serving as the primary client contact and providing strategic counsel Develop media relations strategies, setting goals and seeking relevant placements across various media channels Mentor staff, drive media results, and manage client relationships to position the firm as a trusted partner Required qualifications 8-12 years of relevant PR experience in B2B fintech, financial services, proptech, or insurtech Extensive client service experience with established media relationships in business and technology sectors Strong intellectual curiosity about business communications and industry trends Passion for fintech and financial services, coupled with polished presentation skills Proven ability to collaborate effectively and support team dynamics
