Leading high-value research initiatives, the full-time Associate Director of Prospect Research will manage a team focused on developing actionable research plans and strategic relationships to enhance fundraising efforts, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Co-develop and deliver annual and long-term strategies for Prospect Research & Management (PRM) aligned with organizational fundraising priorities Oversee the production of confidential profiles on high-net-worth individual (HNWI) donors and prospects, ensuring quality and integration with fundraising strategies Drive innovation in research methodologies and tools, mentoring team members and ensuring continuous improvement across PRM operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred Expertise in research and database management, particularly with Salesforce Strong experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis relevant to non-profit fundraising strategy Proficiency in PRM subscription tools and fundraising software Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts and develop actionable research plans
