Job Title: Associate Director of Product Management
Location: South Carolina - Must be able to relocate
Package: $175-190,000K USD
Responsibilities
- Own product P&L, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps.
- Lead new product development and full lifecycle execution.
- Partner with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing.
- Support contract manufacturing partnerships and operational excellence.
- Drive product launches, channel strategy, and commercial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business or Marketing.
- 7+ years marketing/sales experience with 3+ years in Product Management .
- Strong P&L management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience in contract manufacturing/supply chain preferred.
- Animal health, veterinary, or nutraceutical background a plus.
