Leading a global Pricing & Proposals team, the full-time Associate Director of Pricing will oversee the development of pricing documents, proposals, and change orders, while implementing process improvements and driving strategic initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage the creation of high-quality pricing documents, proposals, and Statements of Service within established timelines Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements to drive efficiency Develop and maintain KPI reporting tools, providing regular updates on departmental metrics Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent relevant experience 10+ years of experience in pricing and proposals, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry 7+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
