Associate Director of M&A Communications

Leading the execution of communications strategies for M&A transactions, the remote Associate Director of M&A Communications will manage comprehensive communication plans, develop high-impact messaging materials, and ensure cross-functional alignment among stakeholders during critical deal milestones. Key responsibilities: Lead strategy and execution of communication plans for transaction milestones, including pre-sign, pre-close, and close Own transaction-specific messaging and develop communication materials such as deal announcements and executive messaging Direct cross-functional alignment and coordination of messaging across HR, Legal, and Executive Communications teams Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or strategic communications 3+ years managing communications in M&A transactions or enterprise-level change initiatives Proven track record of providing strategic communications counsel to executive leadership Ability to write and deliver clear, concise communications under tight timelines Solid organizational and project management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams
