To expand philanthropic support for innovative conservation initiatives, the full-time salaried Associate Director of Development will manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, develop donor strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-capable position. Key responsibilities Build and manage a portfolio of individual, foundation, and corporate prospects to grow philanthropic support for Impact Finance & Markets priorities Lead donor discovery efforts and develop strategies to deepen relationships with existing supporters Collaborate with colleagues to create compelling proposals and connect donor interests with high-impact conservation solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience or an equivalent combination Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with fundraising constituents Proven track record of asking for and closing gifts of $50,000 or more Experience managing and tracking multiple prospects and donors Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large non-profit environment
