To support nonprofit organizations, the full-time Associate Director of Development will lead the development and implementation of fundraising and communications strategies, providing expert consultation and project management in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive fundraising and communications strategies for nonprofits Assist clients in securing funding opportunities and provide training on effective fundraising techniques Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality consulting services Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and communications Proven track record of developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in grant writing and donor relations
