Partnering with Product Managers and Data Scientists, the full-time Associate Director of Data Engineering will shape the data foundation for AI products by building and operating data platforms that transform raw data into actionable insights while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end data and insights solutions for AI features based on customer needs Maintain and enhance the data platform that supports AI workflows, ensuring reliable data ingestion and transformation Develop high-quality datasets for Data Scientists to support the continuous improvement of AI products Required qualifications At least 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a related field Proven experience in building and maintaining data platforms for AI or machine learning products Strong skills in data operations and software engineering, particularly in designing reliable data workflows Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and its reliance on dependable data Experience with governed data lakes and best practices for data quality and access
