Associate Director of Clinical Supplies

Leading the planning and execution of clinical supply operations, the full-time Associate Director of Clinical Supplies will ensure timely availability of investigational products while managing vendor relationships and compliance with regulatory requirements in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for clinical supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, and distribution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply activities with study timelines and objectives Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with documentation and quality assurance standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with 8+ years in global clinical supply chain roles Strong background in regulatory compliance and quality systems (FDA, ICH, GxP) Proficiency in forecasting, procurement, and vendor management Familiarity with clinical trial logistics and IRT supply management
