Leading the architecture and engineering of Agentic and Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients, the full-time Associate Director of AI Solutions will manage complex AI projects, ensuring compliance with governance standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Architect end-to-end AI solutions, including multi-agent systems and LLM integration Embed Responsible AI principles and ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory frameworks Translate business use cases into AI solution blueprints and provide technical leadership for deployment Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or AI engineering with a focus on Generative AI Hands-on knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks Experience designing AI systems on platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure Strong understanding of API-driven architectures and cloud-native platforms Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
