Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, the Associate Director of Admission is responsible for supporting all facets of the School’s admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
Qualifications
- Qualified candidates are collaborative, detail-oriented professionals who bring strong interpersonal and organizational skills along with an analytical mindset. Experience in admissions, enrollment, education, or a related field is necessary.
- The ideal candidate communicates with clarity and warmth, builds trust with diverse constituencies, and demonstrates sound judgment and discretion. Experience with CRM systems and comfort using data to inform decisions are essential, as is a commitment to equitable and inclusive admissions practices.
- A bachelor’s degree is required. Experience in an independent school setting and/ or leading student-facing programs is a plus. Successful candidates will demonstrate alignment with Athenian’s mission and values and an understanding of admissions as both a strategic and relational practice.
Benefits and Compensation
- Athenian provides excellent benefits and salaries are competitive and commensurate with work experience and education. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 . Community members enjoy meals on campus and use of athletics facilities, including a pool, gym and fitness center.

These include, but are not limited to, funded participation in professional conferences and continuing education opportunities. Athenian provides needed training for CPR/AED certification.
