Associate Director of Admissions

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate recruitment, yield, and enrollment efforts across academic programs
• Design, implement, and assess innovative recruitment strategies
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with students, families, alumni, and partner organizations
• Oversee recruitment and yield-focused events such as open houses and information sessions
• Manage recruitment operations, maintain data integrity, analyze enrollment trends, and lead a team of student staff

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, education or related field
• Three years of experience in the development or administration of education, professional or business programs, of which two years must be in a supervisory or lead capacity
• Effective public speaking skills
