We're partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy seeking an Associate Director, MEP Engineering to lead project delivery, mentor engineering teams, and support the continued growth of its New York practice.
Role
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary MEP engineering projects from concept through construction.
- Oversee project delivery, quality, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Mentor and develop engineers while supporting team growth and resource planning.
- Provide technical leadership across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Support business development, proposals, and strategic client engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of MEP consulting engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
- Strong leadership and project management experience.
- Working knowledge of NYC building codes and existing building projects.
- PE license preferred.
