To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Associate Director, MarTech will develop and configure Adobe Workfront solutions, implement automation processes, and provide ongoing technical support to clients while acting as a liaison between technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure Adobe Workfront solutions tailored to client needs, implementing best practices in project management Participate in discovery sessions to identify business requirements and process improvement opportunities Provide comprehensive quality assurance for all configurations and deliver training on Workfront solutions to clients Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Adobe Workfront development and implementation Strong understanding of Workfront design and system integrations using Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs Workfront Core Developer certification or equivalent Proven ability to develop and implement automation for workflow optimization Exceptional troubleshooting skills with experience in resolving configuration issues
