Position Overview

  • Translate brand strategy into disciplined, high-impact commercial execution.
  • Support development and delivery of an integrated marketing plan and consistent, differentiated messaging across field and digital channels.
  • Advance omnichannel initiatives that drive customer engagement and business performance.
  • Lead assigned initiatives from strategic planning through execution; partner with Sales, Training, Medical Affairs, Analytics, Legal, Regulatory, and agencies.
  • Use customer insights, market intelligence, and performance analytics to optimize programs, recommend resource allocation, and adapt plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess market dynamics, competitive activity, emerging data, and treatment paradigm shifts; recommend implications for brand strategy.
  • Develop and maintain core messaging platforms and communication tools.
  • Execute integrated omnichannel tactical plans across personal promotion, digital/media, CRM, speaker programs, national congresses, and other channels.
  • Support annual brand/tactical planning, forecasting, and budget management; deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and enable execution.
  • Manage agencies/vendors (briefing, quality, timelines, scope, budget) and optimize investment mix.
  • Evaluate results using performance analytics, market research, customer insights, and field feedback; refine strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8-10 years of progressively responsible biopharma marketing or related experience.
  • Experience translating strategy into integrated marketing plans and executing across multiple channels.
  • Strong project management/organizational/prioritization skills.
  • Working knowledge of medical/legal/regulatory review for pharmaceutical promotional materials.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree.
  • Understanding of the clinical and commercial landscape in heart failure and chronic kidney disease.

Work Environment and Travel

  • Burlington, MA; minimum Monday-Thursday in office.
  • Travel up to 15%.

Pay Range

  • $148,000-$222,000 per hour.
