Responsibilities

  • Partner with health systems to understand unmet needs in rare cardiovascular disease management.
  • Assess where patients are missed or underdiagnosed and highlight barriers to care delivery.
  • Collect real-world insights on system challenges, patient pathways, and access barriers.
  • Facilitate dialogue with clinical, IT, and administrative leaders to improve patient identification and care coordination.
  • Communicate how health IT tools and real-world data can address gaps in diagnosis and treatment.
  • Share insights with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to guide resource development and strategy.
  • Ensure findings align with compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in health economics, outcomes research, medical affairs, or related healthcare field.
  • Experience working with health systems, payers, or research teams to identify gaps in care and assess value.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of EHR capabilities across different platforms.
  • Ability to synthesize real-world insights and communicate value narratives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with real-world evidence generation and health system trends (beneficial).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $140,000–$180,000, plus incentive compensation.
