Associate Director, GTN Strategy

To drive strategic financial insights, the full-time Associate Director, GTN Strategy will manage predictive modeling for revenue deductions across the company's portfolio, influencing corporate financial guidance and high-stakes contracting decisions in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dynamic forecasting models for GTN discount reserves and pipeline accruals Analyze and forecast complex discount streams, including commercial rebates and government pricing impacts Translate data models into strategic reports for executive leadership, ensuring compliance with financial controls Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly quantitative field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry focused on GTN finance or commercial forecasting Proven experience with large datasets and healthcare data aggregators like IQVIA and Symphony
