Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the Microsoft Power App product portfolio for Value & Implementation (V&I) Operations
- Define product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps by synthesizing input from V&I stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, value case development, design, build, testing, release, and change management
- Serve as the voice of the stakeholder, partnering with engineering teams
- Govern and manage the Global Medical and Value Capabilities (GMVC) hyperautomation product portfolio
- Develop clear product requirements (epics, user stories, design specifications) within an agile framework
- Own backlog management, sprint planning, and release execution
- Drive adoption and stakeholder satisfaction by delivering impactful products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or technology
- five years of relevant work experience
- Ability to think critically and ask questions to come to a solution for a problem
- Experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
- Experience creating configurable enterprise SaaS solutions in an agile environment
- Strong commercial Life Sciences business acumen for compliant and value-adding V&I solutions
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders across geographies and functions
- Experience as a member in cross-functional, global initiatives in a complex matrix
- Excellent interpersonal communication (written/oral) and presentation skills
- Detail oriented, organized, good at multi-tasking
