Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to development and execution of GMA strategy for product launch and life-cycle management; align therapeutic-area initiatives with Corporate/Medical priorities.
• Develop medical materials (slides and talking points) for gene therapy and DMD; ensure cross-functional program alignment and participate in review processes.
• Serve as SME to review and approve medical and promotional material, including congress materials and symposia.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners to plan and execute tactics.
• Stay current on medical/scientific developments via literature review and scientific meeting attendance.
• Support dissemination of scientific/medical product impact to key stakeholders (physicians and payers).
• Contribute to congress, symposia, advisory board, and expert committee strategy and content creation.
• Serve as a role model of integrity and compliance.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
• Travel approximately quarterly for internal meetings and/or scientific congresses.

Qualifications:

• Remote opportunity within the United States.
• Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 5+ years of relevant experience (required).
• Preferred: experience in gene therapy, rare neuromuscular disorders, or related fields.

Benefits/Compensation/Application:

• Hybrid; work on site at a U.S. facility and/or attend company-sponsored events.
• Targeted salary range: $173,200–$216,500 per year.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
