Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead

The Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead (GMAL) provides strategic and tactical scientific support for Sarepta's gene therapy for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to development and execution of GMA strategy for product launch and life-cycle management to align therapeutic-area initiatives with corporate and medical priorities.
• Develop medical materials (slides, talking points) for gene therapy and DMD; ensure cross-functional program alignment and participate in review processes.
• Serve as SME to review and approve medical and promotional materials, including congress materials and symposia.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan and execute tactics.
• Stay current on medical/scientific developments via literature and scientific meetings.
• Support dissemination of scientific/medical impact to key stakeholders (physicians and payers).
• Contribute to congress, symposia, advisory board, and expert committee strategy and content creation.
• Serve as a role model of integrity and compliance; perform other related duties as needed.
• Travel approximately quarterly.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 5+ years of relevant experience (required).
• Preferred: experience in gene therapy, rare neuromuscular disorders, or related fields.
