Associate Director, Financial Reporting & Audit (CPA)

BMCHS seeks an Associate Director of Financial Reporting in Boston to oversee financial reporting, external audit and tax services, and to lead month-end close across entities.

You will coordinate with accounting, treasury and development teams, maintain accounting policies, and ensure compliance with nonprofit tax requirements at state and federal levels. The role requires a CPA and 7+ years of experience; CMA is optional. Reports to the BMCHS Controller.
