Associate Director, Family Medicine Residency Program
Christus St. Vincent, in partnership with the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, is seeking an experienced family medicine physician to serve as Associate Program Director for the University of Santa Fe Family Medicine Residency. This unique opportunity involves leading a community-based, university-affiliated 1+2 residency program, training physicians to meet the needs of rural and underserved populations in northern New Mexico. The ideal candidate will be committed to primary and teaching family medicine within this mission-driven environment.

- Community-based, university-affiliated 1+2 residency program
- Residents spend their first year at the University of New Mexico and second and third years at Christus St. Vincent in Santa Fe
- Program designed to train physicians to meet the needs of rural and underserved populations of northern New Mexico

Responsibilities
- Assist the program director in residency program operations, curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and accreditation compliance
- Foster a supportive, academically rigorous environment for resident learning and professional growth
- Work closely with UNM school of medicine, Christus St. Vincent leadership, and community partners to advance program goals
- Champion community-based, rural-focused training that address health equity and workforce development in New Mexico

Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical and academic experience in Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico
- Commitment to underserved populations and community health
