Leading the expansion of the Advanced brand into Health Sciences, the full-time remote Associate Director, Editorial will manage a global team of editors, drive journal growth strategies, and contribute directly to editorial activities across multiple titles. Key responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage editorial teams, setting clear expectations and success criteria Provide strategic guidance and operational support to ensure journal objectives are met Identify future opportunities for the Advanced portfolio and support new launches through strategic decision-making Required qualifications Significant journal publishing experience with a track record of developing high-profile journals Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships with editors Expertise in setting and delivering journal strategy and growth plans Deep understanding of the peer-review process and editorial governance Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of operating at senior academic levels
