Support sourcing and strategic management of external vendors for clinical development programs. Partner closely with Development Operations and study teams on vendor contracting, governance, and relationships. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary Development Outsourcing lead for assigned studies and programs. Lead vendor sourcing, RFP processes, bid defenses, and contract negotiations. Monitor vendor performance and drive issue resolution and continuous improvement. Qualifications: 8-12 years of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or contract research experience. Strong understanding of clinical development and outsourced service delivery models. Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and oversight. Location and Salary: Fully remote role with occasional travel for team and company events. Anticipated salary range is $175,000 - $190,000, dependent on experience and geography.
